I have always had a passing interest but a recent visit to an inn located in the Adirondack mountains in upstate New York and noted for having the most unique and extensive wine list in the US has sparked a keen interest in learning about wine. It's very down to earth and genuine. I'm a wine lover and analyst myself who is trying to train my palate so It's good to know that women have better sense of smell and can become "super tasters".
