		<description><![CDATA[I wonder if this is because of the lavish parties where a pre dinner coctail is a must, several different wines paired with each course, after dinner coctail followed by coffee or tea with chocolates. If we use this standard for a multi course dinner that my family does a few times a year many more people will qualify as binge drinkers. 
A proper french meal at a high end restaurat [$75 per person for the whole meal] begins with a coctail, a glass to a glass and a half of wine with dinner, followed by dessert and after dinner cordial, coffee/tea with chocolates. 
That is about 3-4 drinks per person. This is not that unusual for such events. I think we need to stop focus on binge drinking and focus on the societal definitions that move us.]]></description>
